教育背景

      1986年毕业于华西医科大学药学院药物化学专业,获理学学士学位;1989年毕业于华西医科大学研究生院药物化学专业,获理学硕士学位。

 

工作经历

      1989年年分配至中国医学科学院药物研究所工作至今。1994年破格晋升副研究员,1997年破格晋升研究员。现任药物研究所新药开发研究室主任,兼任国家药典委员会委员、国家药品监督管理局外聘专家、农业部兽药审评委员、《中国新药杂志》编委、《中国药物化学杂志》编委、《中国抗生素杂志》编委。科研工作主要围绕研发拥有我国自主知识产权的创新药物、满足国内广大患者临床用药需求的重要非专利药物以及提升临床常用药物质量三个方面开展研究。作为药学负责人研发的治疗脑卒中创新药物匹诺赛林及其冻干粉针剂已经国家药品监督管理总局批准进入II期临床研究,抗肿瘤一类新药CAI已经进入III期临床研究,降血脂候选药物IMM-H007即将申报临床,治疗非酒精性肝炎候选药物IMM-H014已进入临床前研究,积累了较为丰富的创新药物研究经验。先后负责完成国家二类新药依西美坦等二十余个重要非专利药物项目的研究开发工作,在国内外核心期刊发表论文120余篇,申请发明专利近30项,已授权20余项。先后承担了国家自然科学基金、国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、卫生部行业科研专项、国家“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”重大新药创制科技重大专项、北京市重大创新药物专项、美国克林顿基金会艾滋病防治药物研究项目等三十多项基础性和应用性的研究项目。获得第五届中国青年科技奖、北京市科学技术奖、中国药学会科学技术奖等多项国家及省部级奖励。
