石建功

 

 

石建功,甘肃渭源人,19645月出生,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,首批新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,国务院特殊津贴专家。现任天然药物化学研究室主任。

1985年毕业于兰州医学院药学系,1990年在同学校获硕士学位,1993年在兰州大学化学系获理学博士学位。先后在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所、美国伊利诺斯(Illinois)大学化学系和波多黎各(Puerto Rico)大学化学系,作为博士后开展研究;1998年回国加入中国医学科学院暨北京协和医学院药物研究所,1999年起任研究员,2002年获博士研究生指导资格;2002年起任天然药物化学研究室主任。现任《中华人民共和国药典》委员会委员,《Chinese Chemical Letters》和《Acta Pharmaceutic Sinica B》副主编;《Journal of Asia Natural Products Research》、《药学学报》、《中国药学》(英文版)、《中草药》、《中国中药杂志》和《中国天然药物杂志》(英文版)等杂志编委;美国化学会会员;Org. Lett.J. Org. Chem.J. Nat. Prod.Tetrahedron Lett. 等国际学术期刊审稿人。先后参加和负责多项国家和地方重点项目。取得成果有:1)相关技术体系获得国家科学技术进步二等奖1项和北京市科学技术奖一等奖等各1项,其他省部级二等奖2项;21个新药进入临床IIa期试验,1个候选物进入临床前评价,3个先导结构进入成药性研究,16个与传统药物药效一致的先导化合物;4)获得授权专利15项,主编书籍1部,参编书籍11部,发表论文200余篇。

研究方向:

常用中药化学成分及其生物活性研究。重点开展常用中药多样性成分的系统分离、结构鉴定及其与药理学紧密结合的多模型药理活性筛选和评价,以及活性化合物的结构优化和合成研究。研究策略和方法是以疗效确切但活性成分还不明确的传统中药为主要对象,重视微量和水溶性活性成分的系统研究,通过多种分离和结构鉴定技术和方法的应用,与药理学紧密合作,高效率地发现结构新颖的活性化合物;并对活性化合物进行半合成、全合成和构效关系研究,获得新药候选化合物。
