张培成

张培成,男,19645月出生,内蒙古鄂尔多斯人。中国医学科学院药物研究所天然药物化学研究室,研究员,博士生导师。现为全国标准样品技术委员会天然产物标准样品专业工作组专家委员;中华中医药学会中药化学分会常务委员;国家禁毒委员会非药用类麻醉药品和精神药品专家委员会委员;中科院藏药研究重点实验室客座研究员,沈阳药科大学兼职教授,《药学学报》和《药学研究》杂志编委。

专业研究领域

1. 结构多样活性天然产物的发现与方法学研究;2. 活性天然产物的结构修饰和与合成;3. 创新药物研究

    分别对灵芝、红花、虎杖、连翘、山楂、野菊花、红景天、益母草、地骨皮、牛蒡子、川芎、杭白菊、苦参等二十余种中草药活性成分及其生物活性的进行了系统的研究,从中分离鉴定了2000多种天然单体,其中500多个为新化合物,生物活性研究发现90余种分别具有细胞毒、抗脑缺血、降血糖等活性。发现的新颖结构活性成分引起国内外学术界的高度重视和关注,4个新骨架化合物被Nat. Prod. Rep. 报道为热点分子。

同时开展结构新颖高活性天然产物的结构修饰和全合成工作,完成红花新苷及其类似物的合成,虎杖中新骨架polyflavanostilbene A 的苷元及其类似物的全合成,川芎中新丁烯基苯酞及其衍生物的合成,红景天中新型木脂素类化合物的合成以及新型抗病毒酞丁安衍生物的合成等工作。

研究成果申请发明专利17项,已授权发明专利10项。在国内外重要学术刊物Angewandte Chemie-International EditionOrganic LettersActa Pharmaceutica Sinica BOrganic Chemistry Frontiers, Journal of Natural Products, Bioorganic ChemistryOrganic & Biomolecular ChemistryChinese Chemical Letters等发表论文140余篇,其中SCI收录论文110余篇。

目前主持和承担科技部“重大新药创制”科技重大专项“十三五” 计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程专项等项目以及与国内制药企业合作项目。

在北京协和医学院主持《天然产物结构修饰》课程,并讲授《高等有机化学》、《高等天然药物化学》、《仪器分析》、《天然药物化学》等课程。

主编《黄酮化学》,由化学工业出版社出版,2008。参编《新精神活性物质办案实用手册》,法律出版社,2019;《中国食用药用真菌化学》,上海科学技术文献出版社,2016;《天然药物化学研究》,中国协和医科大学出版社,2006;《天然产物化学进展》,化学工业出版社,2005
