张崇敬

 

张崇敬,博士,研究员,博士生导师。《药学学报》中英两刊青年编委。2005年本科毕业于山东大学药学院。2008年硕士毕业于北京协和医学院药物研究所。2013年毕业于新加坡国立大学化学系药物化学专业,获得博士学位。同年获得中国优秀自费留学生奖学金。20174月作为中国医学科学院“高端人才引进计划”首位入选者,到北京协和医学院药物所工作,任课题组长。

 

研究方向:化学生物学和创新药物发现。

1利用基于活性的蛋白质分析技术,阐明活性天然产物蛋白作用靶标和作用机理,为活性天然产物的成药性结构优化提供理论依据。

2利用具有聚集诱导发光性质的染料,设计、合成小分子荧光探针,开发其在生物医药领域中的应用。
