戴均贵

戴均贵  湖北浠水人,1969年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家,科技部重点领域药用天然产物合成生物学创新团队负责人,国家百千万人才工程人选及有突出贡献中青年专家,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划人选,协和学者特聘教授。Acta Pharmaceutic Sinica B中国中药杂志等杂志编委,已在国际学术期刊包括Nature ChemistryNature Chemical BiologyAngewandte Chemie International EditionACS CatalysisOrganic LettersAdvanced Synthesis & Catalysis等及国内学术期刊《药学学报》等上发表学术论文170余篇;申请发明专利12项,授权3项,参加编写专著7部,获教育部科技进步奖一等奖、二等奖各1项。

专业研究领域

1)天然药物生物合成  开展药用植物与微生物活性天然产物生物合成研究,揭示其生物合成途径,尤其对其生物合成途径中关键酶及其反应机制进行阐释,人工构建生物合成途径并高效生产目标活性天然产物及非天然天然产物,解决药源匮乏及成药性不足等关键问题。

2)天然药物生物催化  针对复杂结构活性天然产物结构优化中重要而化学法较难实现的选择性糖苷化、异戊烯基化、羟基化等反应,发掘新颖生物催化酶;采用结构生物学并结合定点突变等策略揭示催化机理及其杂泛性与选择性的结构基础,结构导向下对其进行理性设计,实现活性天然产物可设计性、高效结构优化,提升成药性。

3)特殊生境微生物中新颖结构活性天然产物的发现  从植物内生菌、海洋微生物等中发现新颖结构活性天然产物,为新药研制提供具自主知识产权的先导化合物,亦为新颖结构活性天然产物的生物合成研究及新颖酶的发现及酶学机制阐释奠定基础。
