 教育背景

1985年毕业于沈阳药科大学药学系,获学士学位;1997~2002年在韩国忠北国立大学医科大学药理学专业学习,先后获医学硕士学位、博士学位。

 

工作经历

19857月开始在吉林省延边大学医学院附属医院药剂科工作,任药师、主管药师。2004年开始在中国医学科学院北京协和医学院药物研究所药物筛选中心工作,先后任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员。

 

专业研究领域

1.      专业研究领域为心脑血管药理学与新药发现,重点研究以心脑血管疾病为主的新药高通量筛选的药物靶点的确认、筛选模型的建立、筛选技术的研究,尤其是通过高通量筛选获得的活性化合物的深入评价及作用机制研究。多年来从事血管功能相关细胞内信号转导通路及药物干预的研究以及防治肺动脉高压、高血压、动脉粥样硬化和糖尿病血管病变相关创新药物的研究。

2.      主持完成了十二五国家科技重大专项-候选药物研究项目1项、国家自然科学基金委面上项目2项、教育部留学回国人员启动基金1项,承担多项十一五国家科技重大专项子课题及科技部科技基础性工作专项重点项目子课题等,参加科技部、教育部、卫生部、国家自然科学基金委、北京市科委等10余项重大、重点项目的研究工作,正在承担国家自然科学基金委面上项目1项、十三五国家科技重大专项-临床前研究任务1项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目任务1项。

 

发表论文、专著、获奖及专利

参与完成1.1类抗脑卒中新药-匹诺塞林注射液及1.1类抗帕金森新药-百可利的临床前研究。发表论文120余篇,其中SCI收录论文50余篇,授权国家专利12项。副主编专著一部《天然小分子药物》(源自于植物的小分子药物)、参与编写编译《Natural Small Molecule Drugs from Plants》英文版、《中药材毒古今研究概评》、《应用分子药理学》(第2版)、《新药研究与评价概论》、《药理学原理》和《药理实验方法学(第4版)》等17部专著。获得2019年中华医学科技二等奖、2017年中华医学科技三等奖等多种科研获奖。
