(二)个人简介

王琰,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国医学科学院药物研究所药物代谢室副主任,“创新药物非临床药物代谢及PK/PD研究”北京市重点实验室主任,兼任中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员会副主任委员,中国药学会药分专业委员会副主任委员,《药学学报》、《中国药学杂志》、《药物分析杂志》、《中草药》编委等。

长期从事药物代谢转化、药代动力学与药物分析研究。目前主要开展肠道菌作用下难吸收天然药物代谢转化及有效性机制研究,建立了药物与肠道菌相互作用的技术平台。在Signal Transduct Target TherActa Pharm Sin B.TheranosticsEngineeringMetabolismSCI杂志发表多篇论文,这些成果在肠道菌药物代谢及相关领域产生重要影响。

1. 工作经历

2012/05-至今,中国医学科学院药物研究所药物代谢室,课题组长, 先后任副研究员,硕士生导师,研究员,博士生导师,研究室副主任;
