王映红

 

王映红,女,19656月生,1997年获得中国协和医科大学药物研究所药物分析专业硕士学位,研究员,硕士生导师。中国中药协会微循环用药专业委员会常务委员、北京药理学会心脑血管药理专业委员会委员。研究方向:核磁共振技术在药物研发中的应用研究。

一、教育背景

1988联大自动化工程学院电子应用专业学士学位;

1997年获得中国协和医科大学药物研究所药物分析专业硕士学位。

三、专业研究领域

1. 基于NMR技术代谢组学在心脑血管创新药物的发现、评价和成药性等关键环节应用研究

以系统生物学和转化医学研究理念为指导,利用基于NMR技术代谢组学对心血管疾病动物模型、临床病人及药物干预组织及生物体液代谢特点进行研究。上述工作已发表论文19篇。

2. 复杂混合物系统微量物质结构分析

利用HPLC-NMR联用技术,鉴定了天然产物,药物杂质,生物代谢物等五十多个样品。并确定了代谢产物代谢、排泄途径,为其作用机理的阐明提供了一定依据。上述工作已发表论文13篇。

3. 蛋白质溶液结构分析及生物大分子与药物小分子相互作用研究

2D NMR图谱开展了蝎毒溶液结构分析研究,同时采用NMR饱和转移差谱方法(STD)精确测定药物小分子的结合位点,并确定药效分子群中能够结合到靶蛋白的化合物及其结合能力,从一定程度上阐明药物小分子与靶蛋白相互作用机理。这方面的工作有BACE1与抑制剂AV-4-1STD-NMR研究;AMPK与新型调血脂药物候选化合物IMM-007STD-NMR研究。

1. 主要学术业绩:在国内外重要刊物发表论文70余篇,其中SCI收录的论文50余篇。第一作者10篇,通讯作者10篇。参与编写专著三部。主持省部级科研项目4项,参加各种国家级科研项目14项。
