扈金萍

 

 

扈金萍,女,研究员,硕士生导师。

2003年毕业于首都医科大学药理专业,现于中国医学科学院药物研究所工作,先后任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。2009-2010年作为访问学者美国纽约州卫生署研修。

目前主要从事新药药代动力学、药物代谢酶及转运蛋白的研究,包括活性先导物药代特性的早期评价,药物代谢酶/转运蛋白调控的分子机制及生物学效应,新药PK/PD研究等。参与完成多个新药(布格呋喃、IMMH001IMMH002MTC-220等)临床前药代动力学研究及临床报批工作。近年来作为课题负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金1项,中央级公益科研院所基本科研业务费3项。同时,作为主要完成人先后参与国家自然科学基金、北京市科委重点基金,全球结核药物研发联盟,政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项,国家十一五十二五十三五新药重大专项,国家科技部“863项目药代技术平台建设等国家级课题14项。到目前为止,发表相关论文50余篇,其中SCI收录的有40余篇,参与申请的专利有10项,参与编书2项。
